Registration System for Module 1 and Module 20

How to register for Module 1 and Module 20

According to the Swiss law, basic education for experimenters includes 20 hours theory and 20 hours practical training with the species of interest. You register separately for the theory (with its written examination) and for the practical part. This way you choose and know all the exact dates for your training.
As soon as your registration for the theory is validated, you will receive access to our e-learning platform to start viewing the readings at your convenience up until the date of the exam. Please note that this eLearning theory is largely species unspecific. The content is equal for participants of Modules 1 and 20. To complete the theory part (eLearning), you need to pass a written exam.

Module 1 is required for rodent researcher. It is composed of two parts: lectures (eLearning with exam) and the practical training. Accordingly, you need to register for 2 schedules: the eLearning with written exam plus one practical schedule (which is 2,5 days of duration). Have a look to this movie which explains the registration with these two parts: How to register for Module 1.mp4 (MP4, 42 MB).

Module 20 is required for non-rodent researcher. The registration looks complex because of the different species and both parts (theory and practical parts).  For this education you need to register for 4 schedules in total (eLearning with exam plus 3 single practical days).
